Redirect Your Energy and Focus – Are you making mountains out of molehills?!

Redirect Your Energy and Focus

Are you focusing on the gloom and doom or the negative astrological patterns that might be around or upon us? Nowadays it’s become easy to get sucked into a negative world news spin, that’s why this post is about a redirection; a refocus – of your energy. And that’s definitely been added to my toolbox.

That’s one thing to “Know thyself“. But what can you actually use as a tool to improve yourself, to get better on a daily basis, to become more the best version of you, and to attract what you deserve in life simply because you emanate it too?

Is your focus in the right place such as in the most productive place? Or are you zooming at scarcity rather than meticulously stare at your concrete goal planning with optimism? Let’s be mindful of where you’re putting your energy and emotions. That’s the first step. Once you become aware of it, you can redirect that energy towards something more positive. Because the truth is that we don’t attract what we want. We attract what we exude.

If you catch yourself exuding fearful and dissatisfied energy, an energy of not trusting or of scarcity then that energy will only grow. Instead, why not redirect your words and deeds towards something else, something that is more likely to shift according to your free will and effort.

The trap is to think this: “But if I’m not focusing on the problem, it’ll never go away!” Because what you focus on becomes bigger. If you focus on the problem, it grows.

The good news is that, if you focus on what you can do today, let it go, and focus on what’s working in your life, then that will grow. Focus on THE SOLUTION.

Let’s get practical about everyday life.

To know yourself is key, and thanks to astrology. Because then you know how and where to redirect, and that’s how you start driving your life to the destination that’s best for you.

Take this for example:

Let’s say you have a cat.

You love this cat, but she’s developed this habit of knocking things off your shelves or scratching your favorite chair. It’s annoying. And the more you fixate on how annoying her behavior is, the more frustrated you get… and somehow, the worse she acts. You zero in on that one thing, and suddenly it takes over your whole experience.

We all know people like that. I used to be that person not too long ago! But the key is catching yourself. When you focus on that tiny problem, it becomes your whole reality. And not only are you giving yourself a hard time, but also those around you. All your energy is going to that one negative thing.

So what can you do?

First: notice you’re doing it.

Here’s the shift: notice your energy. Instead of going down the rabbit hole of frustration, try focusing on what’s going well. Maybe your cat is incredibly affectionate. Maybe she’s playful and makes you laugh. Maybe she curls up beside you every night. Focus there.

Let go – a little – of the problem. Don’t ignore it, but trust that either she’ll grow out of it or you’ll find a way to gently guide her behavior. Trusting, you can relax as your energy is now helping you handle the situation better and makes life with your cat flow harmoniously.

Again, you’re not pretending the problem doesn’t exist, you’re simply not feeding it with all your emotional energy. It’s not about ignoring the issue, it’s about choosing not to let it control you.

You can’t be in a state of worry and appreciation at the same time. So when you focus on the good stuff; that becomes your vibe. And when you’re grateful, things shift… a little problem might even fix itself because energetically you were lighthearted. You weren’t allowing the darkness to weigh heavy on your shoulders.

What you exude is what you get back. Not what you want… simply what you are.

This shift can be so subtle, yet effective. Why not try Being and Doing, not just think without doing or talking about what you’re going to do.. What’s the first step you can take? Take it!

Reminder: if you’re constantly focused on what’s wrong, that’s what keeps showing up. But if you redirect towards what’s working, what’s peaceful, what’s joyful – that expands too.

I’ve seen this work over and over, not just in my personal life but with clients too. Whether it’s relationships, work, family, or even astrology itself – awareness and redirection are game-changers.

So, catch yourself when you start to spiral. Pause. Say, “Hold your horses!” And shift. Do something that lifts your energy, even if it’s small. Take a walk, talk to someone you love, do something creative. That’s where the magic starts. What you exude, the universe returns. Try it and see for yourself.

And the rest? Trust it’ll shift. The less energy you pour into worrying, the faster things turn around.

Because when you’re talking to your friends over a drink once it helps, however when you’re talking to your friends all day every day about “what’s going wrong”… you’re only feeding the negativity.

Let Go of Scarcity – Choose Inner Strength

So, when you catch yourself focusing on scarcity, or on the problem:
1) Pause
2) Detach
3) Redirect
4) Let it be
5) Do something else

And yes, it might take some effort but that’s where the magic lies. Raise your energy, shift your vibe, and the universe will meet you there. Because life doesn’t give you what you want. It gives you what you are. Let me leave you with one last example:

Falling in love.

Imagine you’re madly in love with someone: you put them on a pedestal. And now your entire focus is on not having them. You’re tuned into the lack, the longing, their absence… And guess what you’re sending out to the universe? Lack.

And what comes back? More lack (I love you because I want you to love me).

So wherever you are in your life, whatever you’re struggling with traveling, parenting, love, work or finding purpose – watch where your energy goes. Catch it. Redirect it (I love you because it’s the nature of love to love). You don’t need to suppress or ignore things. Yet you do get to choose what you feed.

Because what you give is what (soon or later you will) receive back.

A psychic Neptune mantra:

Letting Go and Letting Things Happen

“Life is flowingness and in its flowing there is meaning and law. I can not lose what is my own. I need not seek what is my own for what belongs to me shall come.
If anything goes, it is because it does not belong to me. What I am alone has power. If I give up the personal struggle and ambition, all that is rightfully mine will be drawn to me. I let go and let God run my life.”

Know Thyself.
